Large selection of furniture and great sales. Phil was very helpful and patient while we made our selections. He also took care of all our questions promptly and followed up until everything was finalized. Beautiful pieces, can't wait until delivery.

My husband and I have been in need of a new couch and recliner for awhile. We stopped in and Phil took us under his wing and helped us find the right couch and recliner to fit our needs. He was extremely knowledgeable about what kind of fabrics would work best for us, knowing that we have three kitties at home that show our furniture “love” on occasion! We left feeling like we made a great choice, with Phil’s help!

I purchased a couch during a mothers day/Memorial day sale. I was told it was out of stock, would be in in 3 weeks. Not a problem, i can wait. I ended up having to call myself several times to check on the status of when it was coming in, rather than Turk informing me it was delayed. It ended up being 6-7 weeks later that it came in. I totally understand Turk can't do anything about a delay but updates about the delay would be nice instead of me having to inquire. I had paid for delievery and had to wait about a week for an available delivery date that lined up with my work schedule. I was willing to wait, especially for the convenience of it being delivered.
The delivery guys (outside company hired by Turk, NOT Turk employees) showed up this morning to deliver it. Immediately the delievery guy seemed uninterested in getting it down into my basement. I have an outside access door to a landing and then 7 stairs down to the basement. Its certainly tight but not impossible (part of the reason I paid for professional movers, so I didnt have to stress about getting it down). They made one attempt in which they never even fully stood the couch upright to even attempt a turn. The couch needed to be turned 90 degrees to get the narrower side down the tighter stairway opening, which is possible if you maneuver it the right way and head up the stairs from the landing to have space to make a turn. The guys said there was absolutely no way it was going down, deemed it a "no fit". I suggested a way in which i thought it would fit but they had no interest in making an attempt to try that. I instructed them to take it back to Turk, because i was not going to leave it outdoors, and they had made it clear their one half attempt was enough.
I went into the store to attempt a remedy or refund for the delivery. I was told by Turk staff "well cant you and a few buddies just get it down if you think its going to fit?". Im a little confused how me and "a few buddies" would be more capable than PROFESSIONAL delivery people they hire. I ended up getting a delievery refund with no issue.
I ended up picking the couch up myself and got it downstairs with no issue in about 10 minutes. Thankfully I have access to a box truck. I did bring it in the way i suggested to the movers that they would not try, and low amd behold, it fit. I suggest Turk probably find more capable and motivated delivery people. Thankfully im able bodied and have access to trucks, otherwise someone else would have been SOL with this company Turk uses.
I had no issues with the sale process and sales people, they were absolutely pleasant when i was buying it but the delivery issue caused me several hours of headache and running around that I was not planning on dealing with. I also could have gotten the couch in my house a week earlier after an already long wait if I knew how the delivery people would act.
Sales was fine, delivery sucked.

Russell, our salesman was extremely helpful. We had a certain size loveseat we needed and he walked us through the showroom and measured the ones we were interested in to make sure it would fit. He spent quite a bit of time with us and we never felt pressured. I wouldn’t hesitate to use his services again.

Should you be in the market for furniture and find yourself shopping at Turk/Ashley in Bradley, ask for Amy. Buying furniture is a decision- you don’t just buy it, then decide you hate it and buy new a year later (and if you do, let’s be friends!). Amy was fantastic, with the right balance of ‘leave me alone and let me shop’ to ‘answer my questions without being pushy’. My first visit I left with nothing more than her phone number and some pictures of things I liked. After I thought about it and slept on it, I texted her and got some pricing on custom pieces. I thought about it some more. We exchanged texts a couple of times, but again, nothing pushy, which I appreciated. I brought my husband in to look at my two finalists and sit on them. We talked about options and rooms, and looked at furniture for another room!! We left - still didn’t buy anything. Amy let us know about colors and styles, answered questions, and kept in touch. She let us know there was a big sale so we would be able to make our money stretch, so we decided to do it. Amy made that process easy as well, because she had notes from all our conversations and texts. Now we are in the waiting phase, which is always the worst part! Amy was wonderful, though. There was a great selection, good prices, and Amy to help you figure out what will work best!
