Excellent experience at Turk Furniture! We shopped around ALOT before purchase from Turk. We recently ended up buying a Smith Brothers couch, loveseat, chair, and ottoman. The entire process was outstanding from start to finish dealing with Turk. Tom was incredibly helpful walking me through different brands, styles, and price points. Cassie was amazing at coordinating our custom fabrics and truly helped bring my vision to life - her eye for design was impressive. Payment and the office personal offered great customer service. Delivery and setup were professional, efficient, and even earlier than expected. Great selection, great service, and a great store overall — highly recommend!

My sales professional Lisa gave me enough space to browse without feeling pressured, however remained available for questions. The ladies at the service desk were very friendly and professional as well. I called to make changes a couple of times, they were very patient and professional. I purchased a beautiful sofa and two chair-1/2’s which by the way are really large. Very satisfied with my purchase.
