Amazing!! Literally the best purchase I’ve ever made!!! I was amazed how fast our mattress topper was delivered! I tried another reputable mattress topper in the past and it did not help with my chronic back pain so it was a big waste of money so I was very skeptical to make this purchase. I spent probably over 10 hours researching what mattress topper I should get and chat gpt helped me decide to choose this one. It was very expensive but not compared to many others that offered the same type. With the 120 night sleep trial and their warranty I decided this was the best company to give a try. I even emailed them because I wasn’t sure I made the right choice with the firm option I chose, but they told me it sounds like I made the right choice and if it doesn’t feel that way I have 120 days to make a return or exchange. They delivered so fast!!! Within just a couple days our mattress topper arrived. I opened it right away and put it on the bed. The next morning I woke up for the first time in like 4 years with zero back and hip pain!!! I was in shock I kept telling my husband omg that was the best sleep I’ve had in a long time! If you experience chronic back pain like I did, I’m telling you this company will not disappoint! It will be the best decision of your life to purchase their products!

I have several products from this company, and I like them, but I have been frustrated with customer service. First, they messed up my order and sent the wrong product. I sent it back and they sent me my sheet set, in the wrong size. It was packaged as what I ordered, so I pulled it out and washed it (as I always do with a new to me product) before I realized - this is the wrong size. When I reached out to the company, they could only offer me a 50% refund since I washed the sheets and a 15% discount toward the correct sheet size. Their website was offering a 15% discount at the time anyway! These people messed up twice and I still didn't get what I wanted! Although I will say - the mattress protector and sheet set seem to be a good quality.

Ordered topper cover via website 4/19 (received confirmation email). 4/23 delivery date listed at time of order. Never shipped. No contact. I called 4/28 to inquire. Was told that it wasn't in stock, and was en route from India. Then was told that I shouldn't have been allowed to order a topper alone. I asked about a discount given late anticipated arrival ("should ship this week"). None offered. Cancelled order (received confirmation email). Awaiting refund. Would not recommend company given deceptive delivery promise and failure to follow-up given delivery delay.

I find it sad that people are quick to criticize a company for slow shipping without accounting for what external factors might have caused the issue. Yes, my new Turmerry mattress was a few days late in getting to me, but, by the way, Charlotte NC was blanketed in snow and, according to FedEx, my mattress was sitting in a trailer waiting for the roads to clear! The good news was that the Turmerry mattress was so well packed that it wasn't harmed by the cold and the wet! It arrived in perfect condition and we slept on it last might. I do think the company would do itself a favor to explain, in advance, to customers that their mattresses would arrive in pieces in several different cartons! Actually, having several smaller cartons made it easier to handle and assembly was easy (but having 2 people to assemble is a good idea! Our first night sleeping on it was great!

A wonderful and trustworthy company. I purchased a twin size mattress topper to make a low profile floor bed for my daughter. I did have to exchange the medium firm topper for a 3 inch extra firm. The exchange went super smoothly. I love that it’s an all natural option and that my daughter and I find it very comfortable.
