We had such a great experience working with the sales manager, Steven A., who helped me and my husband find the perfect mattress. From the moment we walked in, he was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely focused on helping us find what worked best for us; not just making a sale. He took the time to listen to our needs, explained the differences between options in a way that actually made sense, and never once made us feel rushed or pressured. Mattress shopping can be overwhelming, but he made the entire process easy and comfortable. We left feeling confident in our decision and excited about our purchase. I had such a great experience at the new TX Fine Furniture location! The store is beautiful and has a great selection to choose from. Jaime, the salesperson who helped me, was absolutely wonderful—very knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. He made the whole process easy and enjoyable. I’m extremely happy with my purchase and will definitely be coming back for future furniture needs. Highly recommend!

I was able to choose the perfect size sectional for our home. My family enjoys our evenings almost ever night in the new sofa. Aside from being comfy, it was affordable. I wanted a sectional that wouldn't break the bank, and we found it during the Christmas specials. Tysm #txff

Very unprofessional. They charged us a mattress before Checking if it was in stock. I needed the mattress the day of so it had to be refunded(mind you it was like $350) which of course takes a few days before I get it back into my account. I’m glad I took my business elsewhere. They should definitely be checking what they have in stock or not before charging someone.
