Amazing prices and service! We were looking for a power recliner, and the prices at United were significantly lower than the other stores in town for the same item. Also, when I struggled with assembly, Mike came out to fix the problem. I haven’t had customer service like that in years. Another reason to buy local!

I've done business 3 or 4 times here. I hate to leave a bad review but it's honest and I had hopes that they would remedy this as im a great customer, but unfortunately they are not. I purchased a new refrigerator 3 months ago and it's been thawing out all of our food since the 1st week. I didn't let them know that week because I thought the thermostat just needed adjustment and I did that. I texted Mike recently with my name, he knows who I am. He agreed to replace the refrigerator the next day as I'm literally tossing money out of the window. He texted back the next day and mentioned he was confused and they can't do anything. I'm very disappointed in paying for a junk refrigerator, but moreover by the claiming to be confused scenario . As for the couches and mattresses that I've purchased in the past here, everything that we purchased stinks of mildew. It never goes away. Be sure you notice the strong smells as you go in because it's hiding the mold smells. I never complained about those until now. I just am disappointed in how unprofessional they handle good customers.I provided texts to verify. My mom also purchased furniture from them before. She never complained. Once she called in and asked why her "new" Sofa was ripping at the seams 👀. It was a couple days old. Their response " you can fix that with a needle and thread". Everything i mentioned is the truth. I will be happy to update this honest review if they exchange the refrigerator for an actual working one.

We use Speed Queen in our laundromat so wanted a pair at home as well. And since United Furniture is a residential dealer, we purchased here last year. No issues whatsoever and great staff

Couldn't have asked for better service in finding furniture after a house fire destroyed everything we had. Pat took great care of us. This is a local family owned business since 1946 & we feel lucky & blessed to have found them.
