He took the time to answer all of our questions and made sure we found exactly what we were looking for. The whole experience was smooth and enjoyable thanks to his excellent customer service. I would give this company 0 stars if it would allow it too!! Highly upset and disappointed in the quality of their furniture! In August we replaced our floors so we decided to replace our living room furniture as well...Our couch has pretty much came apart on the right side digged and cut up the floor underneath...not good but hey if couch was repaired no harm it being under the couch but still sucks with expensive flooring! We have called no joke at least 60 times at the least and they feed us crap and lies about a replacement part or a tech to come out too look when they dont even know what the issue is! Extremely sorry company to deal with but super quick to sale and will definitely be our last and please dont waste time on any kind of warranty or protection plan, it is all bogus and will continuously make excuses until you just get your next furniture at ROOMS TOGO!!

Price Match Inquiry? ​I am writing to document an experience attempting to utilize Ashley Furniture’s price match guarantee for the WillowBend sofa and loveseat set (Manufacturer SKUs: (our a match). ​Identical Item Verification The item in question was an exact match to the product listed on. AshleyFurniture.com down to the manufacturer SKU and product photos. ​Significant Price Discrepancy: The competitor listed the set at $749.55, while the Ashley website listed the same set at $1,149.98, a difference of approximately $497. ​Inconsistent Refusal Justifications: ​Distance Restriction-The customer service agent denied the request citing a "50-mile radius" policy. This justification is inconsistent with the fact that Ashley Furniture provides delivery services to my location away. ​"Big Box" Policy Claim-The representative stated that the company does not price match "big box" brands. This is contrary to Ashley’s published online policy, which explicitly states they price match major online retailers. ​Outcome-Despite providing evidence of the identical item and SKU, the request was denied based on contradictory information. The interaction provided little clarity on why the company's stated policies were not applied to this specific request. I will add i wasn't in contact with the bowling green kentucky location, I was contact with the Main brand. The reason I wanted to buy from ashley's furniture is because if I have a problem i can drive and spend afternoon and talk to someone at the ashley furniture store. And not someone over eight hundred miles away.

Our sales rep did an excellent job! He was respectful and sat with us while we tested out every mattress. He anticipated our questions and answered them as needed. Not pushy.

Our sales guy was great. He let us shop and decide what we wanted and then when we needed him he was there. This really was a great shopping experience. Let me retrack this review... i purchased a mattress, mattress cover and 2 pillows spending 2700.00 and couldn't seem to get this delivered. They kept changing the delivery date the day before the delivery was supposed to be delivered. Canceling order now! Never going to Ashley furniture again! 🤬😡
