Delivery was terrible. They refused to remove the immensely large boxes the furniture came in. I was lucky a neighbor was able to remove them for me. Never in my life has a furniture delivery company not removed the boxes. Secondly, they got paint transfer on my just painted ceiling. Never again. Just terrible. Very dissatisfied.
View on GoogleI love this group of people. Moe was my sales representative and working with him made my furniture purchase very smooth and fun experience. He really care about what you need and looking for . Moe really made sure that I have the Wright information to help me make my final decisions to pick and purchase what I really needed. I just want to mention something , I have been shopping around in couple of furniture store around the area; their prices no where close to this store prices. United furniture style have good and adorable prices. I am so glad I came in to this store. I will definitely recommend and buy from United furniture style.
View on GooglePurchased twin bed was promised next week delivery and did not receive. Went to store and was promised following Tuesday delivery, was contacted Tuesday morning and told delivery would be between 3 & 7 pm and they never came out called. Called to cancel and was told it was on the way. Went to store to complain and was told return it! No empathy or sympathy and this was for my handicapped brother in law. I've done business with Mo for years, furnished 3 complete homes but no more!
View on GoogleThe salesman was very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable. He knew the style I wanted and showed me several options. They have beautiful furniture. I'll be going back there to purchase my living room set.
View on GoogleI used shop there years ago ,so it was good to see they were still in the neighborhood. Great customer service. I was always satisfied with the service and also the furniture. It lasted years.
