Furniture Mecca

DO NOT PURCHASE HERE. THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL!!! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!. I'm still waiting on my furniture to arrive. This is day two of waiting. No respect for anyone's time or money. The delivery service/drivers do not call- they do whatever they want. I was to get my delivery at 11:30 ... I'm still waiting. Again, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

I received a good service from one of your branches in 103 E Baltimore pike specially, Abdulrahman was very helpful with good hospitality, communication and Assist.i thank you Abdulrahman from me and my wife . We have received the items and it made our house look beautiful.

Abdul Rehman was awesome. He helped me make the best purchase at the best price and made sure he did not forget the warranty. Thank you, Abdul.

I am very disappointed with my experience with Furniture Mecca. My delivery was scheduled for yesterday, and I waited at home all day. The delivery driver never showed up, yet the system claimed they came and that I wasn’t there—which is completely untrue. No one called, no text, no update, nothing. When I reached out to the store for help, I received zero real assistance or concern. Instead of fixing the issue, they just rescheduled my delivery for Monday with no explanation or urgency. The customer service was terrible from start to finish. This entire experience has been frustrating, unprofessional, and a complete waste of my time. I would not recommend anyone shop here—ever. Pt. 2 The delivery drivers showed up and tried to charge me extra money just to bring my furniture up the stairs. This entire experience has been a nightmare. I’ve had to miss two days of work and sit around for hours waiting for deliveries that never happened. They’ve now rescheduled my delivery for the third time. I will never shop at Furniture Mecca again, and I recommend others stay far away.

Abdul was the best sales man ever we got an exceptional deal with great quality furniture go see him tell him Steph sent you.
