Reggie Brown was very nice. I knew what I wanted it was an easy sale. Unfortunately they didn't have my particular sofa hooked up to electric so I was kind of upset about that so I'm trusting it's going to feel good when I get it home.

Updating my review to add that since the couch did not fit through my door, I was told that I could have a new couch delivered with no delivery fee. The store workers tell me they have no proof that this was said and basically assumed that I’m lying. They gave me a bogus number to contact corporate, which actually just takes me to talk with Ashley furniture so I’m just getting ready to send all this furniture back is this mysterious corporate number doesn’t call me back and fix this. Buyer beware. Cathy helped me pick out all new furniture for my apartment and I couldn’t be more grateful. She spent over four hours with me discussing different options and helping me visualize how the space would look. She even helped me re-create the dimensions of the room and position the furniture with me. I can’t wait to have it delivered and set up. Thank you, Cathy!

Glad I stopped in. The selection is huge. Beautiful, quality furniture pieces. Cathy greeted me and provided a level of customer service that far exceeded expectations. She was very knowledgeable as well as patient as I made and changed decisions, even providing assistance & reason with narrowing down options. She even made a follow-up call days later to check in and ensure my satisfaction. She is a gem! I also appreciate how every time I needed to place a call to the store or delivery dispatch section, and actual person picked up every time. The delivery team was very professional and efficient. Will 100% recommend and shop here again!

We found this store for the first time a couple weeks ago. They were about to close but we went in quickly and Frank Silvera helped us look at a few models and we said we would be back. We came back today to buy our couch and Frank was super helpful and didn't rush us. He helped us measure the couches to see what would fit and decide on a couch. He was professional and kind. We look forward to receiving our new couch and shopping here the next time we need furniture.

Cathy was our rep and boy was she delightful. She was patient and friendly. My mom wanted to surprise my sister and I with new furniture pieces and Cathy helped her achieve just that! She got the price and delivery set up for us by time we got to the counter. She was diligent and I recommended when you come in ask for the cute little lady Cathy
