I have to take a moment to give a shout of the remarkable customer service received by both Tracie and Da’Quan. They were both engaged, supportive, helpful, and the kindest during my visit. Tracie assisted me and my partner with our bed about 4 years ago, so it was nice to see her again, but just the utmost respect was received making a return of sheets that I wanted to love but they just weren’t right for us, to talking about all the things Sleep Number to remembering that the remote to my bed was on back order - and led to Tracie ordering me a remote os that I won’t have to use my phone to change my bed settings in the middle of the night. All in all, my visit and experiences at the Odenton/Waigh Chapel Sleep number have been a 10/10 and Tracie and Da’Quan deserve all the recognition for their service “with a smile” to sleep number customers!! Well done!!

She took the time to understand our needs and preferences rather than simply trying to sell us the most expensive mattress. Her knowledge, patience, and customer-focused approach made the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free. We truly appreciated her professionalism and would highly recommend this store to others.

View on GoogleWe had a fabulous experience with Sleep Number right from the start. We had shopped at another mattress store and then came to Sleep Number in Gambrills, MD and the customer experience at Sleep Number was phenomenal. Our sales person, Tracie, greeted us warmly and we never felt pressured at all. We came in about a half hour before closing just to get some quick information and we ended up being there an hour after closing. Tracie never tried to rush us out even when I noted that she needed to close. We waited a few days before purchasing, and Tracie was extremely gracious and gave us the time we needed. Our bed arrived quickly and was delivered on schedule. The delivery guys were polite and helpful. They set everything up, got the bed connected to our Wi-Fi and then explained the app and how to use it. The next morning Sleep Number followed up to make sure we had a good first night sleep. That was much appreciated and we actually had some issues during the first week which required them sending technicians back out to our home. Tracie was in touch with us several times during that week to help resolve the issue and when the tech came out, they fixed it right away. We also purchased pillows and found that the first set of pillows wasn’t for us. We were able to return them for other pillows, which we love. Everyone we dealt with through the whole experience was kind, helpful and very customer focused. We are very happy with our bed and even more impressed with a company and team that are genuinely focused on customer care.
