Great experience at Universal Furniture LLC. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, and they took the time to walk me through my options without any pressure. Prices were very affordable, and the overall experience was smooth from start to finish. I purchased a bed and couldn’t be happier with the service. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for quality furniture and great customer service.

“If you need home or office furniture, look no further—Thomas (Jo Jo) is the best. He delivers and assembles the furniture for you at an unbeatable price in the Houston market. His response time is fast, he offers plenty of thoughtful suggestions with patience, and he conducts his business with integrity.”

I had a great experience at Universal Furniture. Thomas (Jojo) was incredibly helpful and made the entire shopping process easy and stress-free. What really blew me away, though, was the speed. The delivery was remarkably fast, and the assembly team was professional and efficient. It’s rare to find a place that values your time as much as your business. I’ll definitely be back

Thomas has always been the best person in this business. I have purchased furniture from him several times now and he has NEVER DISAPPOINTED ME. The prices have always been the best hands down. I am so grateful to know there are still HONEST AND GENUINE PEOPLE like Thomas that still exist! YOU DID IT AGAIN THOMAS. THANK YOU AGAIN, MY FRIEND!!! 😊😊

I purchased furniture for my entire home from this store. The quality is excellent and the prices are very affordable. Mr. Thomas is more than just a salesperson—he helped me choose the right furniture to fit my style and budget. I highly recommend visiting this store if you are looking for quality furniture and great customer service. Gigi
