Mattress Firm The Fountains

After a failed online purchase from Sam’s Club that was entirely too soft, we decided that we needed to go to a mattress store to actually try them out before we purchased again. This was the single best experience we’ve ever had at a mattress store. Trinity was friendly, helpful, and informative. She helped us select a mattress and we were out the door in less than 30 minutes. I highly recommend this location and, in particular, our sales person Trinity.

Great customer service by Reggie. We tried out a few different mattresses before deciding on a favorite within budget. Jose and his team delivered the next day. They were in and out in like 10 minutes. Overall great buying experience and we’ll sleep way better thanks to Mattressfirm.

I recently had an outstanding experience at my local Mattress Firm, and I have to highlight the exceptional customer service I received—especially from an employee named Reggie. From the moment I walked in, Reggie made the entire process feel easy and stress-free. Instead of pushing for a quick sale, he took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for—asking thoughtful questions about my sleep habits, comfort preferences, and budget. His knowledge about the different mattress types was impressive, and he explained everything in a way that was clear and genuinely helpful. What really stood out was his patience. I never felt rushed or pressured, even as I tested multiple mattresses and asked plenty of questions. Reggie was attentive, honest, and focused on helping me find the right fit rather than just the most expensive option. By the end of the visit, I felt confident in my purchase and appreciated how smooth the entire experience was. Great customer service can be hard to find these days, but Reggie truly went above and beyond. If you’re looking for a mattress and want someone who genuinely cares about helping you make the right choice, I highly recommend asking for him.

Larry was excellent and provided very helpful information throughout the process. He was focused on addressing our physical issues/needs when proposing mattress options. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend Larry and Mattress Firm!

Sales rep Reggie was AWESOME! He didn't try to upsell us and directed us to the mattress that we needed. He was very patient, kind, and personable. We came back after visiting another store and knew we were given the best deal here. I would recommend anyone to this store and to ask for Reggie.
