I would give them a 0 if I could. I ordered a mattress less than a year ago and it is defectivee...spent over $1000. They are not helping me but instead of sending me to the manufacturer. VERY UNHAPPY WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN.
View on GoogleMy Serta Sapphire came defective. It caves in the middle. They had me fill out the warranty along with photos only to tell me that they weren’t good enough. It’s best to by the mattress at a in-person store.
View on GoogleWhen I cancelled my order after waiting over a month for delivery, they charged me a $250 "restocking fee" that wasn't disclosed ahead of time on their website. Don't get ripped off like I was.
