View on GoogleGreat place. They have a ton of stuff that is reasonably priced and offer delivery. We were shopping for a dresser and we ended up getting a real wooden dresser, coffee table, end table, and display dresser for the price we would have spent on Wayfair for some plywood junk that would have lasted a few years at best. Nice people as well.
View on GoogleI thought I read they bought furniture from people. When I called to ask he said yes but there not doing it right now. Than I asked if they know when the will start buying again and he said "don't know but we are taking donations". The whole ordeal sounded really rude and unprofessional. Maybe if he was nicer I would have donated but not with that non care attitude! Anywho I have a really nice kids loft bed with slide for anyone that willing to buy it and haul it away!!!
View on GoogleAfter checking the hours online, I drove 55 minutes to this store and found the door locked. There were FOUR signs saying it was open (a flag, paper, neon, and digital sign) yet the door was locked. There's a large permanent sign on the door saying if that door is locked, to call them and that they could be out on a delivery or the like. I called and it went right to voicemail. I left a message and waited a short while. I didn't wait very long, 'cause if they're not able to answer the phone, it implies to me that they could be too busy to arrive quickly. I had other places to go, but had planned to spend some time there, based on what their online photos show. I have a nearly empty house and needed to furnish a couple rooms quickly. This is not the way to run a business, even for a 'casual' used furniture store. If they need to do deliveries on certain days or during certain hours (or they could limit deliveries to specific days/hours), they could arrange their business hours to reflect that. Or, hire someone to be at the store. Want to be closed Tuesday afternoons - sure! Just change your hours online to reflect that. That was 55 minutes of my life I'll never get back (and the time to drive elsewhere too). I didn't get a call back either. Maybe they have cameras and saw that I'd left - ? Don't know. I gave two stars vs. one just 'cause I don't want to be mean about it, but it was really a one-star experience for me.
