Sleep Number

Michael at our local SN store is a bed expert who is patient, knows his job -- every detail about materials, features, and best fits for what we were looking for -- all while not coming across as someone trying to sell us stuff, but instead he listened to our needs and gave us better options. Despite being SN bed owners, it took us several trips to the store to decide on our new bed -- each time Michael shared smart insights and a smile. This bed is perfect for us. The tech is better. The materials seem better. This all translates into a great night of sleep. That is the whole point of this store, the great staff, and everything that links a customer to a suite of products and services that just work better than others. Michael is the best. He wont just sell you A bed, hew will get you in THE Bed for you.

Huge shoutout to Michael at the Cranston location! It’s rare to find a salesperson who is this knowledgeable but also totally chill. He helped us navigate the options without any of the usual sales pressure and found us a great mattress that didn't break the bank. We’re super happy with the choice.
