We had a fantastic experience at Van Vreede’s purchasing a last minute washer and dryer set. Jed in sales was incredibly helpful, down-to-earth, kind and accommodating. The whole process was smooth, fast, and completely no-pressure. The price felt fair and the overall experience was easy from start to finish. Highly recommend!

We moved to the Green Bay area about 2 years ago. We needed new kitchen appliances, a washer and dryer, and some furniture. We spent thousands and thousands of dollars at their store. Their selection was good and their sales people were friendly and knowledgeable. The delivery and install was good also and prompt. However, their service after the sale is terrible. About 2 and a half weeks ago our dryer quit putting out heat (LG upright not even 2 years old yet). We paid $179.95 for an extended 5 year warrant. When I called the Green Bay store, I was told I had to call the Appleton center. Then when I called the Appleton center, they told me I had to call some place called EPIC. EPIC said the earliest they could have someone come out to service it would be in over two weeks. In the meantime we are going to the laundry mat to dry our clothes ( A real PITA). So when the guy did show up last Monday (01/26, today is Sat, 01/31) he said it was the thermostat and he didn't have one and would have to order it and when it comes in he'll get us back on the schedule. So now it is going on 3 weeks and Monday we'll have to run to the laundry mat again. Very Poor service!

Evan was a salesman and he was very helpful. There was not a gas range like the one I wanted to buy on the floor. I guess you had supply in the warehouse. He checked for me and matched the price that a competitor had. Also check to see if there was other similar products I may like. I was very happy with the service.

Evan was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the washer and dryer I purchased He provided information that I hadn’t even considered asking Pointed out features of the appliances as well as pros and cons since I was looking at different options Best part he was able to get me and earlier delivery date which was so helpful!
