The Customer Service from Jeff and Verlo Mattress is amazing. We bought a mattress and I have a bad back. The mattress wasn’t giving us enough support and Jeff connected us to a mattress that was perfect and really cared about our Satisfaction with the product. Highly recommend.

I had called and asked questions a couple times. I went to the store and Glenn was available immediately. He was helpful and explained the types of mattresses. I was not looking for anything high end as I was making a purchase for very occasional company, and most likely it would be children who would use these beds. I don't like pushy sales and this was very low key. I made my decision, paid, and have FREE delivery all set up. They will call the night before to give me a better time frame. The prices I was quoted on the phone were honored. I'm very pleased with my experience at Verlo.

The guys in back did a great job, the mattress is top quality and fits perfectly. The checkout was easy and they even loaded the mattress for me while I spoke with one of the managers. Great selection of mattresses for any type of sleeper. Salesman was helpful and friendly. Prices seemed moderate.... I recommend visiting if you are on the market.
