My sales associate knew the differences between the different appliances and was great at communicating this to me. He was professional and took extra time to make sure that I received any rebates that applied to my purchases. I looked at 3 different types of appliances and he knew about each of them. He was great at helping me sort out which would be best for my needs. Glen’s customer service was exceptional.

We had stopped in to the Oshkosh store and were greeted by Tom Bloomquist, sales. Very knowledgeable guy, really knew his stuff and was very friendly and not at all pushy. We did look around after our visit and did our research and ended up purchasing the Speed Queen TR7 washer / dryer from Tom. Overall great experience! (Not our first purchase there!)

I write a handful of reviews over the years to give credit where credit is due. This review is well warranted. We needed a new washer and dryer. This time i was more focused on quality of delivery than price. Seems like they're all competitive with pricing. But we are tired of purchasing through big box stores such as Lowes and having a bad experience with set up, delivery and damaged appliances. Then we've waited several more weeks. I was done with that! It has happened to us many times and it is a huge pain and disappointment!. This time i decided to go with Van Vreede's. I've heard the jingle on TV commercials but never seriously considered them. This time I wanted to shop local and figured delivery and installation can't be any worse that what i've experienced in the past. I am sooo happy with how things went. Van Vreede's is awesome and I am 100% happy i went with them. There is a reason their wall in the store is plastered with "Best of Winnebago" signs for many years. I bought a maytag washer and dryer for a great price, just as good as Lowes and Home Depot. but even if it was more expensive. I wouldn't have cared because i want a good installation team with no hassle this time. And i got it. I worked with Joel at the store. He was awesome! I pre arranged financing through them and it was slick. Picked out the appliances. Communication was great. Delivery came and they had it set up in no time. There were 4 guys to install and it was very fast. No issues. I can honestly say, I will be shopping with Van Vreede's from here on out. I don't know why i never considered them in the past. Thank You!

I was an incredibly indecisive shopper. I had no idea what to pick. Joel was very patient and helpful talking through the pros/cons of different models/brands. I felt heard in what I was looking for and that the recommendations were based on the information I gave. It was such amazing service that gave me the help I needed but also space to decide for myself. We even ended up staying after the decision - talking to both employees working, sharing book and podcast recommendations. I feel like I left the store not only confident in my decision but also having made a great human connection.

Had a great experience at Van Vreeds's shopping for appliances. Glen was a gem to work with! He was not pushy at all, and was very knowledgeable about the different appliances. Overall the experience was an A+, but now I get to see how the installation end goes.
