Verlo Mattress

Dayra was Amazing! I needed help and guidance to find the right mattress. She was able to answer all my questions and make great recommendations to help us get the mattress we need. Highly Recommend Verlo Mattress!

I ordered 6 mattresses for bunk beds on Monday and they were delivered on time on Thursday. Jacob in the Oshkosh office was super helpful and friendly. Directed me to the best product for my needs. The 2 delivery men were very courteous and efficient! Overall great experience. I will order from them again!

UPDATE: Tried to contact owner as requested but phone number does not seem to go to Verlo. Really don't know how they have no record of purchase. I paid $4450 for two mattresses, think I know what I'm talking about. Bait and switch. When shopping for two mattresses I asked three specific questions. The sales person assured me that is what I was purchasing. Items delivered were not as pictured in ad. Did not know until items were delivered. Took more than two months for them to deliver all items requested. Very dissatisfied with whole experience. Would have purchased from another retailer if they would have told me the truth in the first place.

We have had a great experience with Jake And Dayra! We bought a beautiful futon from them and most recently, an adjustable airbed! They delivered it and helped us set it up, as well as taught us how to use the controls and set up our personal settings for it. It fit perfectly in our current bed frame and has been a godsend for my husband’s back and for my sleep! Great people to work with!! Highly recommend!!

I bought a couple beds from Verlo in Oshkosh and am very satisfied with them. I had to laugh when I saw the Verlo delivery truck coming down our rural road a few days early. What are the odds that my neighbor had also chose Verlo mattresses for their newly built house and they were to be delivered just a few days before mine? The gentleman I dealt with at the Verlo store was very accommodating as we custom designed the mattress for my bed. The only detail that we missed is that my bed frames are "full classics" rather than regular old "full" size. This caused the box spring ( or whatever they call it these days) to be slightly too large to fit correctly. Not the end of the world I guess. The second mattress that I ordered was a nice thick futon for my deck bed. I use this mainly for guests and they love it. Many guests have commented that they can't believe that is really just a futon mattress. Yep, it is a Verlo futon mattress.
