I would like to recognize Christy, the manager at Virginia Furniture Market in Franklin County, for her outstanding customer service. I have been a customer for more than six years, and it has always been a pleasure working with Christy. She is knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and genuinely cares about her customers. Most recently, my husband and I purchased two couches. Unfortunately, after bringing them home, we realized they were not comfortable for him, especially considering his health condition. I was concerned that exchanging such a large purchase might be difficult, but Christy made the entire process incredibly easy and stress-free. She helped us find a better option, accepted the return without any hassle, applied our previous purchase toward the new couches, and immediately scheduled delivery/ pick up at the same time Exceptional customer service like this is hard to find today. Christy consistently goes above and beyond to help her customers, and her professionalism and kindness are the reasons I continue to return to Virginia Furniture Market. Brie was awesome!! We found just the right living room set with all the features we wanted. So many of the couches now have very deep seating, which doesn’t work for us, as we are short. Brie located just the right set! My husband was so pleased to find something that fit our bodies!!! And, the manager was able to reduce the price even further, and saved us an additional $1000!!! Delivery in two weeks!!! Highly recommend Virginia Furniture Market Outlet for all your needs!!!

I had a bed with wood frame delivered this week. I was called before the delivery just as they said and they arrived early! Chili and Boston did a great job setting up the bed. When they realized it was not going to fit with my current box spring frame they let me know the issue and removed my frame to the garage and set up the frame that came with the bed. Hassle free. I also feel like I got a great price for the bed. Thanks - I’ll be back!
