I gave them 1 star, because the salesman was very eager (had I only known). Spent several thousand dollars on items, including a new Frigidaire side by side. Short version, it died after 3 months and guess what? Worst customer service possible. I am now going to a different company for another new fridge.
View on GoogleJohn Sink is an excellent salesman. He is very knowledgeable and helpful in advising our options to make sure that we got the best value on our purchase. If I were to offer any opinion on the whole process, it would be that there is not enough office help. We waited entirely too long to complete our purchase. Only one employee was on duty and we had to wait over an hour to see the person to even get a total amount to pay. Otherwise, we were well satisfied.
View on GoogleVery good experience John helped me so much in choosing a mattress. And the sweet lady that does the paper work was a total doll.
View on GoogleBeen going here for years very friendly and helpful people definitely see John great salesman very nice group of people to work with always helpful
View on GoogleThe floor salesman was absolutely a delight. He was very helpful and paid very close attention to what we needed. The laid doing the 'office paperwork' however has no personality to be dealing with the public. We were made to feel an inconvenience for just entering the store and for that I took off 2 stars.
