Walker's Furniture & Mattress Outlet Hermiston

I purchased a full living room set from Walkers main store & was really happy. When I decided to get a new recliner, I figured their outlet store would offer similar experience. Boy, was I mistaken. Shopping at Labor Day Sale or I purchased an electric La-Z-boy recliner discounted 50% to $799. It broke 4 days later. A $1500+ chair uses a cheap plastic bracket for its Hydraulics. I went back to Walkers Outlet with pics and arrangements were made for me to take it to their warehouse to be repaired for $100 fee. They had my chair for 4 days and ended up not charging me for repair. I got home and my daughter and I wranglerd the chair back into the house. Three days later SNAP! Same noise as before. I laid the chair on its back and discovered that they did NOT replace cheap plastic bracket Rather, they slapped on gobs of some putty which was still gooey and did not hold. Broke in same place as before. This piece is responsible for the chair's hydraulics working to raise footrest up and down. Broken, this is just an overpriced rocking chair. La-Z-Boy, Why use plastic pieces on such a nice chair? Why?

Have made many purchases here and highly recommend. Christina and Robin go above and beyond to provide the best customer service I have seen in a very very long time. The first moving crew came to deliver my furniture and they wouldn’t take it down the stairs or remove all the legs as I suggested so they sent out a second crew that did a wonderful job and got my sectional all set up downstairs no problem. I highly recommend Walker’s furniture

We’ve been everywhere searching for the perfect furniture and still haven’t found exactly what we’re looking for, but I just have to say how amazing Robin was! She went above and beyond, taking the time to diligently help us search both online and in-store. I truly appreciated her efforts, attention to detail, and the care she put into helping us. Outstanding customer service!

Our family had a great experience at the Hermiston Outlet! Jamie was helpful, friendly, and professional - in person and when we used the Walker's furniture help/chat tool on the website. We were able to find a great sofa and recliner for a great price! And the warehouse workers who loaded our sofa up were friendly too. Our family highly recommends the Walker's Furniture Outlet!

Purchased furniture from the Hermiston store the sales persons Warren and Jamie were very helpful and informative about our Purchase and we were very impressed with their customer service. More stores should have employees of this caliper working for them top notch
