Just bought an adjustable base from David. And a few pillows and accessories from Josh. They were very helpful and helped me through the financial parts of getting to own these amazing products. Thank you both for your amazing customer service.
View on GoogleJosh was so great & honest with us when it came to choosing our new Mattress. We had our little one with us and he’s adventurous & Josh gave him a little Serta sheep stuffy❤️ We were in and out in a decent time. He really knows his stuff. If you go down there, ask for Josh!
View on GoogleDavid was an honest, informative sales person. His kindness n ability to help us with our bedding problem was excellent! Highly recommend him n would return to purchase any further needs! So glad we went to see him. He answered the phone right away n I called other stores. Returned back to him because he could respond to all my questions.
View on GoogleEasy purchase, straight to the point sale. David was fantastic with showing us ONLY what we wanted and not trying to upsell something we didnt. As plus size people it was important to us not to get something shabby, he gave us exactly what we needed
View on GoogleExtremely impressed with the knowledge of the products and customer service to make sure you "LOVE" your new mattress. We are a repeat customer and both managers have gone above and beyond. Would recommend 10 out of 10.
