Walker's Furniture & Mattress Yakima

Excellent service from start to finish!! We love Walker’s layaway plan! Our couch was delivered and setup up by a great team!! Thank you!! Not easy to find good service these days!!!

The sales person Robert was very nice and helpful. He gave me NO sales pressure!!! He was attentive and always excused his self to help other people….it appears that they were sort handed that day however that did not hinder the experience. He showed that everyone was important !! Delivery people were very nice and on time. They even help remove the old recliner which was nice since I could not do that on my own. Luv the furniture I pick out!!!

The deliver was almost perfect. The delivery guys are very friendly and respectful. They just forgot to set a traveling blanket down on the floor before setting the table on its side so it got two scratches and they got one of the chairs dirty, I think they put their power drill on top or some other tool. They did forget hardware the on the first delivery attempt so that prolonged the delivery by another week.

They were very attentive and accommodating to me as the customer. They arrived early, completed the job efficiently, and ensured there was nothing else I needed before leaving.

Great experience at Walkers of Yakima. Professional and friendly sales team who put together the perfect deal that best suited our needs. Absolute zero pushy sales tactics! Their professionalism carries through with their delivery team who also took great care during our in home installation. Huge thank you and highly recommend Walkers of Yakima!
