We started with Patrick on the telephone and Brady helped us with all of the details because Patrick was off. The store has a very family friendly approach to selling their furniture and It was a pleasure doing business with them. Also the two boys that delivered our chair were amazing. Walker’s Furniture has been around for decades. My parents have purchased many items from them over the years. My experience with Walker’s has also been excellent. Our salesman, Brady, was friendly, knowledgeable and patient. The furniture at Walker’s is high quality and reasonably priced (even better during sales events). I’ll continue to purchase my furniture at Walker’s as long as they are around.

They understand that often we customers are spending many hundreds or several thousands and it will probably take a couple of visits to make the decision. We had an excellent experience working with Bret in the Spokane store. He showed us some great options and then left us to sit and discuss. I appreciate his friendly and not pushy approach. Our couch is perfect and we’ll definitely shop here again.

We were shopping for an entertainment center and found what we wanted at Walkers. No pressure as we looked around actually came back 2-3 times before we purchased. Our salesman Brady H. was very helpful during the purchase. Delivery guys were great as well.
