Rick and staff are amazing humans 💜 I have never ever been so comfortable and confident when making a furniture purchase. Everything went absolutely smooth and seamless. Rick has good quality furniture options that do not break down. His recommendations for my son's who are bigger men will stand the rest of time, and that is a huge blessing for our family. The prices are unmatched! The furniture and bed I bought Rick and his staff all have this in their own homes, and that tells me a lot. Rick always takes exceptional care of us. he takes the time to answer honestly and i appreciate he is not pushy or giving us the hard sale! From the moment I walked into the store and meet the owner who warmly welcomed me and helped me pick out the Perfect furniture to fit my room at a Ridiculously Great price( trust me....I know!! I shopped for bedroom furniture for over a year.... Couldn't find good quality pieces and if I did they were VERY pricey)....I knew I Finally found The Place!! The owner Rick will go above and beyond for his customers. A very genuinely nice guy. I Love my new Bedroom suite! Great quality pieces. Delivery guys were also a cut above the rest( also know this since we built a home and have allot of stuff delivered!)... Very nice and personable. Timely and quick!! You Absolutely can NOT go wrong shopping and purchasing from Wallace Furniture. Medina is Lucky to get to be the Home of such a Great place!
