When I go to a store being greeted with a smile and hello is very important to me. The customer service was fantastic! I highly recommend coming here for your next furniture purchase!

Margo was amazing! When I stopped to see what options they might have for a SMALL space ,she was knowledgeable of the inventory and offered a great suggestion to get photo of the tag for measurements when I got home. From there she took care of me entirely over the phone with delivery in just a couple of days! Thank you Margo!!

Newest update: Wallaroos has made it right by sending me a replacement cover. Update: After speaking with customer service, they are going to replace the ruined cover. I will update again once it arrives. We bought a sectional from Wallaroos a couple years ago. When it arrived, one of the seat cushions was the wrong color and didn’t match the rest. After a couple months of waiting they delivered the correct one. Fast forward to today when I pulled the covers out of the wash only to find one of them completely falling apart in multiple areas and the other pieces on the verge of coming apart. This was the 2nd time putting the covers in the washer on delicate cycle and hang drying. After speaking with customer service it’s going to cost $250 for a replacement cover for only one cushion. Frustrated, disappointed and sad because we do really like this couch but the main reason we decided to purchase was because the covers were removable and washable but not really the case if they are going to fall apart after 2 delicate washes. We won’t be recommending this company to any friends or family.

My girlfriend and I live in a smaller apartment and were struggling to find a sectional that fit our needs. After going to furniture store after furniture store, we happened upon Wallaroo’s. We found the perfect sectional! Small enough to fit our apartment AND had built in storage with a hide-away bed. Jason was awesome at helping us out and forewarned that they were out of stock, but they should have it in the store around late June, early July. Our experience up until this point was great…however, communication became an issue. Late June rolled around and we didn’t get an update on the status of our order. Early July rolled around…nothing. So we called and were told it would be in within a week and we’d hear from someone to schedule delivery. A week later, nothing. We called again and were told we were looking at mid July. There was a lot of miscommunication and frustration. We finally got our couch today…almost 6 weeks after ordering it and we are ecstatic. It is such a high quality sectional and we’re pleased with the purchase. Even though we did get apologies for the miscommunication issues, I still recommend that Wallaroo finds some way to keep track of customers and keep them in the loop with what is happening with their order versus having them call multiple times. That said, I’d purchase furniture from them again. Great quality for reasonable prices!
