Wallaroo's Furniture and Mattresses

I had a wonderful experience working with Dan from the coeur d’Alene location. I have never bought my own couch before and didn’t know what to look for. He walked me through all the different models and styles and helped me pick out my DREAM COUCH! The other part of my experience that made it so great is how easy they are to work with. We are building a new home and have had a lot of delays. With that being said they were able to store my couch and dinning room table I got from them for several months no extra charge! Huge stress relief for me. I just got them delivered and can’t wait to set up house. Dan has been so accommodating and responds quickly to my questions and keeping in contact with me! Would highly recommend this company and working with Dan!

We purchased the Barbados sectional and the brackets that hold the pieces together do not align properly so the pieces look warped in the back of the couch. Also one of the armrest cushions is permanently squished from being shipped. I told the men that delivered what to do from here and they said to do a warranty claim since I bought the warranty. I submitted a claim and told I would hear back in 1-2 weeks. I did not so I called again. Then told I would hear back by the next Monday. I still did not and so called again.and told I would hear back the next Monday again. Today is Wednesday. UPDATE: I was contacted after review posted and they will be repairing couch. Update: couch has been repaired and looks great where they repaired the misalignment.

Dan at the shop was informative and not pushy. We felt great about buying a quality, sustainable product from Wallaroo's over the local competition. The installers, Nick & Garrett, did an amazing job. Quick, clean, and courteous. Our dog says 5 stars. Mega comfy couch!

We got new version of Barbados modular sectional couch from this store, couch is super nice and comfortable, I like that it could be arranged differently because each piece is separate. Kade (sales person) was super nice and helpful. Delivery was great too as they promised.

Not a bad selection, although the quality is lower than some other places. We bought a very large sectional. They do have furniture that has hiding places for cushions and blankets etc.
