Absolutely love this place. I bought a bed from them years ago. They were very professional, knowledgeable but also down to earth friendly people. Recently I called the store for a replacement cover. They are working on getting me a new cover but while I wait he told me what I could do instead of buying a new one so I could save money. Now I ask you, what other business would do that? Only a down to earth fare and honest one. I'll never shop anywhere else... to be honest if I can afford it I may just buy the new one because of their honesty.

My husband and I were looking for a bed for our 2 year old and was referred here by Jerry from Mattress Firm so glad that he told us to come here James was such a pleasure to do business with very nice man inviting and informative he was not pushy at all he genuinely wanted to help us find the perfect bed for our son he was patient and my husband asks a lot of questions lol he is serious about his family’s comfortability they have great beds and we have certainly found a new bed home here for future beds highly recommend great service and great quality ask for James he knows his stuff!

Recently, I spoke with Mike regarding the draining and removal of my waterbed in IL. I was very pleased with his kindness of trying to help me as much as he could over the phone AND he also mentioned that he would do everything he could to help, which might have included him coming to Chicago, if necessary, to do it himself.
That phone call gave me peace of mind in case, I did not find a solution.
From that experience with Mike, I am very impressed with the wonderful gentleman he is and I bet everyone around him loves him! I can only imagine how wonderful he is with his local customers. Way to go Mike!

I bought my first Waterbed Soft Sider, from Mike and James, in 1981, lasted 20 years. So happy. I tried other types of beds. None were as comfortable. In 2007, Mike came to set up my next waterbed. Happy again. Today, after 18 yrs, he picked it up to be replaced by a different kind of mattress called hybrid.
Mike was kind, caring, cheerful, professional and efficient. He came at 4pm to drain & take away the old bed and set up the new mattress, done in less than an hour without acting rushed.The price was super affordable.
I was so happy to still be able to purchase a mattress from these 2 kind gentlemen who provided such a valuable service, actually selling and helping me with my decision besides taking a great weight off of me by doing a service call to drain the bed & take it away.
I don’t think any other store, especially an online store provides service like that.

I have used this establishment several times and sorry my excellent review is delayed but I needed to write one. Most recently in February this year I made a purchase, and the professional/owner working took time out of his schedule to hand deliver and set up professionally my purchase of a mattress and box spring.
