US Mattress has the perfect setup to help you decide what kind of bed you want to purchase. They have a wall of beds numbered 1 through 10 from the firmest to softest. Our salesman, Jack, was polite and knowledgeable. We are in love with our new Serta perfect sleeper level 8 bed with an adjustable base.

He was friendly and welcoming upon entering the store and was very knowledgeable about each product, including the science and technology behind the products! He was very patient and worked with us to determine the best compromise for my husband and me. I am so glad he was there to help - I definitely trusted his opinion. He clearly has a lot of experience selling mattresses as he knows answers to all your questions! Highly recommend.

He was extremely knowledgeable and patient with me and my boyfriend as we shopped for our very first mattress! It was very important to us to feel comfortable and understood when making a big purchase and Austin made sure all our expectations were met!
