My mother purchased a beautiful power lift recliner from Wayne's Furniture over 10 years ago. Recently, the chair started having some issues, and even though it was long out of warranty, we stopped by the store hoping to get some advice or direction. I should also mention that after more than a decade of use, the chair is still in excellent condition and looks almost as beautiful as the day we bought it, which speaks volumes about the quality of the furniture. We were very happy with the outstanding service we received. Charlie was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in helping us find a solution. Instead of simply telling us there was nothing they could do because the warranty had expired, he arranged for their technician, Mike, to come out and take a look at the chair. Mike was very professional and kind. He quickly diagnosed the problem and was able to repair the chair for a surprisingly small fee. My mother is thrilled to have her chair working properly again, and we are extremely grateful for the excellent service we received. It's rare these days to find a company that continues to support its customers years after a purchase has been made. Wayne's Furniture went above and beyond, and that level of customer care deserves recognition. We highly recommend them and will definitely keep them in mind for future furniture purchases.
