My mother purchased a beautiful power lift recliner from Wayne's Furniture over 10 years ago. Recently, the chair started having some issues, and even though it was long out of warranty, we stopped by the store hoping to get some advice or direction. I should also mention that after more than a decade of use, the chair is still in excellent condition and looks almost as beautiful as the day we bought it, which speaks volumes about the quality of the furniture.
We were very happy with the outstanding service we received. Charlie was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in helping us find a solution. Instead of simply telling us there was nothing they could do because the warranty had expired, he arranged for their technician, Mike, to come out and take a look at the chair.
Mike was very professional and kind. He quickly diagnosed the problem and was able to repair the chair for a surprisingly small fee. My mother is thrilled to have her chair working properly again, and we are extremely grateful for the excellent service we received.
It's rare these days to find a company that continues to support its customers years after a purchase has been made. Wayne's Furniture went above and beyond, and that level of customer care deserves recognition. We highly recommend them and will definitely keep them in mind for future furniture purchases.

I recently purchased a theater seating couch and matching loveseat from Wayne’s Fine Furniture and Bedding, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish.
Communication was great throughout the delivery process. They contacted me ahead of time, arrived earlier than expected, and the delivery team was very professional and courteous. They removed my old furniture, brought in the new pieces, set everything up, plugged everything in, and gave me a quick walk through before leaving.
The whole process was quick, seamless, and stress-free. It’s refreshing to work with a company that does exactly what they promise and treats customers so well. I also like supporting a local business instead of always going with the big national chains.

After purchasing a chair online that was not as advertised, I decided to shop in person for a recliner chair, and I’m so glad I did. The customer service was excellent from start to finish. He was very patient while explaining the functionality and features of all the chairs, making sure I understood everything before making my decision.
