I recently purchased a sofa from WCC Furniture in Lake Charles for $985, believing it was a sofa sleeper. Before purchasing, we asked detailed questions to make sure I understood exactly what I was getting including whether the pillows and mattress came with the sofa (just in case I had to purchase separately). Based on the conversation I had in-store, this was clearly communicated that this was a sleeper sofa. After choosing to pick it ourselves renting a U-Haul and transporting it home, I realized upon glancing at my receipt nothing said sleeper. No mattress, no pull-out, nothing. This was extremely frustrating because I specifically asked those questions to avoid any mishaps as I always do. I get mistakes happen but here’s where I don’t appreciate when a company don’t take accountability. When I contacted the store, the manager told me I only had three days to return it. Since I picked it up on a Saturday, that gave me until Tuesday (today) as my last day. That’s a very short window, especially considering I work every day. The only solution offered was for me to bring it back myself, which is a major inconvenience or pay an extra $369 for the correct sofa. I ask could they pickup he stated if I paid an additional $150. So now I’m being asked to spend even more money to fix an issue that could have been avoided with clear and accurate information upfront. Overall, this has been a very disappointing experience. Customers should be able to trust the information they’re given especially after asking direct questions and spending this amount of money. So now I’m stuck with a sofa I didn’t ask for which is unfortunate. I strongly recommend that anyone shopping here double-check every detail before making a purchase and even after purchase check upon pick up.

This place was recommended to us by lots of people we went and checked it out and loved it!! We bought the Tori sectional and it is absolutely amazing. Ancee helped us and she was nice as can be, the workers on the floor are not harassing you which is nice they stay near to answer any questions you have. 10/10 recommend! The delivery was easy and the delivery guys were super nice as well.

This was our first time visiting WCC Furniture. Anncie was pleasant to work with. We went in knowing what we wanted but chose a different style and was happy with our choice. The price was very reasonable as well. Great service, she wasn't pushy. Very Happy with our 2 new chairs.
