Writing this review for my mother who visited and the older lady who was working was unfriendly and rude. Her answer to my mom’s comment about the store being cute was “we’ve been here 35 years” and then walking away. They are way too overpriced to be that unfriendly. Neither her or I will be returning or recommending.
View on GoogleGreat place wonderful team. I came in today to return a rug for my boss and the three ladies that were in there working were so nice. Highly recommend this place. The team is incredible wonderful energy and they look in the eye and always the few times I’ve been here to greet you with a smile great place
View on GoogleThe staff was very nice and attentive, they moved the furniture out of our way so we could fit our huge double stroller, I found super cute stuffed animals for my kids and a beautiful wooden teether, I’m definitely coming back to take a better look to the whole store since they have so many beautiful things to chose from. I wish they had more sizes for baby clothes, I didn’t find any for my 10 month old and they’re adorable!
View on GoogleAlways loved to stop in when I’m in town but the older lady working today never put her phone down (watching videos I could hear) and never acknowledged me even when I walked right by her at the checkout so I didn’t buy the items I wanted. Bummer
View on GoogleLovely gift items and home goods. WO has one of the best candle selections in town. They also have very nice baby items that make lovely gifts. The staff have always been nice and attentive, saying hello, offering to keep items at the counter for me when I’m browsing and so on. Perhaps the negative reviewers are more used to chain stores that instruct employees to be stalking visitors. Some space to smell candles and feel linen quality is nice!
