Blu Dot is an absolute dream for anyone who loves modern and well crafted home furnishings. The showroom is beautifully curated and walking through it genuinely felt like getting a masterclass in contemporary interior design. Every piece on display struck the perfect balance between style and functionality which made it really hard to leave without buying something. The staff were knowledgeable and passionate about the products without ever being pushy which made the whole experience very enjoyable. I found exactly what I was looking for and the quality of the furniture exceeded my expectations in every way.

I ordered fabric samples online and Ella reached out to me immediately. She was fantastic with communication and follow up. My family and I wanted to test out a few couches in person. Olivia was the highlight of our experience: patient, kind, and incredibly attentive, while still giving us space to explore. Shopping with a toddler can be challenging, but she made us feel so comfortable and gave our child some coloring supplies. Of all the stores we considered, this was by far the friendliest and most welcoming. Even though we ended up purchasing elsewhere, the level of service we received was outstanding. View on GoogleThe showroom is nice, the people are helpful, and the designs are great. The issue with Blu Dot is furniture quality. Half of the furniture I ordered was structurally damaged on arrival. The broken furniture was sent back for replacements - that later arrived with even more substantial damage than the first set. Ended up getting a refund after a 2-month ordeal and going elsewhere for furniture.
