Wilson-Bates Appliance & Furniture - Gooding, ID

Very helpful folks. Fair prices.

You can't really ask for a better local furniture store. Charlie Evans, the owner and primary sales rep, is easy to work with, honest in his dealings, and hardworking. My wife and I have now made three purchases with him in one year. He is always sure to give us a good fishing story, an honest assessment of the products, and a fair shake in the payment. He really cares to help us out. For instance, my wife got a quote on a double box spring set on Tuesday, but it turns out the quote was wrong and it was a little bit more expensive than he said. When we came back the next day to make the purchase, instead of charging us the correct, slightly higher price, he instead remembered what he quoted and took the money off the cost of the mattress. Without saying anything to us. The guy is just that honest. That's why we support this business rather than big name retailers in larger areas. This local business is worth supporting. As a side note, the history of the building is very interesting. The upstairs used to be for the local undertaker.

I love this place! Best prices, best service and the people here are truly wonderful!

Very friendly and helpful staff had just what I needed and for a fair price.

Best place to buy furniture anywhere in the magic valley. The owner, operator is very friendly and knowledgeable and takes care of the customer.
