Wilson-Bates Discount Furniture Center - Twin Falls, ID

Updated the new manager put me in a bad position. Calling to get the pictures furniture below that I had but got damaged moving. I was going to buy their last one on the showroom. I had to plan a u-haul and asked for photos to make sure it was fine before driving up. He sent me photos even of it wrapped up. Instead of calling me to inform me someone was interested in it, he decided to sell it and just send me a text saying sorry. That is horrible business coming from Boise to shop at Wilson and bates. For being a manager that is unacceptable.

Always a great place to grab something when you need just that right piece. Many options to chose from. Great pricing. My lamp looks great.

Awful people to work with, Gunnar is the worst. We shouldn't have went there for our couch set.. Don't go there, go to Ashleys.

David was great helping us with information and options on several items we bought. I highly recommend asking for him.

Shout out to Brenda Meck for helping me with purchase of a recliner. She was very helpful and it is a perfect compliment to my other recliner. It was nice to have it stock. Ordered towards the end of the week, and delivered on Monday, the following week. So Happy! The WB chair is pictured on the right.
