If I could give it zero stars I would rate this business a 0. An absolute fraud. I placed an order for an item that costs almost $800. I got a confirmation and a message that they do not ship out of state as I reside in NY but the business is based in GA. They were quick to take my money but did not ship anything. After numerous attempts to get my money back because I obviously did not receive an item, I got no response. I guy named “Sam” answers the phone but takes me around in circles that I have to send emails to someone else but my emails never get answered. I am out almost $800 and they refuse to give my money back or ship the item. Do not order anything from this company.
View on GoogleMy experience with this store began on May 13th when me and my daughter were shopping for new mattresses. EJ took the lead in their high pressure sales tactics trying to convince me that a mattress he had was just as good if not better than what I wanted. My daughter did like the mattess he had so she purchased it and an adjustable base. She also paid an additional $100 for extensions to raise the bed another four inches. He did not have the mattress at the store, so we had to return a couple of days later to pick it up. In the meantime the high pressure sales continued to get me to purchase my mattress as well. EJ finally offered me a king size set at the price of a queen and discounted the twin mattress we needed as well. The agreement was I would pay half and return to pay the other half after my renovations were complete and was ready to move back into my house. From that day to this (10/26/25) my daughter has called several times and still not received the extensions. She gets the same story each time...we'll call the manufacturer or the warehouse or it was shipped already, yet she still hasn't gotten them. I stopped by the store yesterday with my receipt and to let them know I had been blessed with a mattress and did not need another. He literally looked over my receipt, gave it back to me and said he didn't know what I wanted him to do. I told him plainly I wanted a refund for the half I paid. He said he ordered the mattress and was holding it for me. He wasn't supposed to to order it until I returned to pay the other half. Then he says the mattress was hard to come by, I said then it shouldn't be that hard to sell. Then he said his card machine wasn't working. Finally he told me to dispute the charge with my credit card company and let them give me my refund. He said he couldn't give me a refund because they're going out of business and to dispute the charge. I am blown away at that tactic. My daughter is supposed call Monday about the extensions, I guess she'll be told to dispute her charges too. And EJ don't bother asking me to take this down.
View on GoogleWe needed furniture for our living room and I found this place on-line. When I got to the actual store they barely had any furniture on display in the store. My wife and I was going to leave but they talked us into staying. Said they could get us a good deal. But you pretty much have to order from catalogs. They were a little bit pushy too. They wanted us to write them a review in the store, before we even got our furniture. I told them I don't write reviews until I receive my furniture. We received the furniture 4 weeks later and I had to put the tables, couch, love seat and recliner together myself. I've never gotten furniture from a furniture place that was delivered in boxes. I found out there is a fee to have the furniture assembled. Shouldn't that be included? Never had to pay to have the furniture assembled, unless it was already included in the price. I ended up putting everything together myself. The salesmen need to be a little more clearer on everything. We do love the furniture though! But honestly if I knew we would order from catalogs and put the furniture together myself, I could have just ordered on-line at home.

He actually helped me and took his time and patience with me. I truly appreciate him and his professional service. I highly recommend him and his services. He's truly amazing in what he does. Please go and check him out. You won't regret it. I will be getting more stuff from him again.. I'm definitely a satisfied customer😊
View on GoogleWorst customer service ever! They get your money, deliver damaged furniture that was supposed to be new, and stop responding to you! This is how they treat single mothers who were just trying to get couches for my kids to sit on!
