My husband and I can NOT say enough good things about the quality and comfort of our wink bed. We had a “softer” version that was incredible and plush yet firm enough to feel supported. We also have tested out and are receiving a “luxury firm” in the next few weeks. It has just a little more firmness for my husband who occasionally has shoulder/back pain but still feels very comfortable, not overly firm to me.
Their customer service is absolutely top notch. Quick to respond, helped with a recommendation on where we could test the bed and overall I’m just blown away by my experience with this company. All made locally, which makes my heart happy.
Thank you wink!

I've had my "The Firmer WinkBed" for two months. I LOVE my bed. It's perfect. I went to a store in St. Louis (when visiting for Thanksgiving) called the Sandman that carried all the online beds. The manager/owner was so very helpful. I thought I was going to get a Plank - rated firmest - but for me it felt like sleeping on a board. The Firmer WinkBed is the first extra firm bed that had a memory foam layer that didn't make the bed feel soft, but instead like I was comforted gently. This is absolutely the bed for me... like I came to write this review completely unsolicited - because I'm sleeping so much better (than on the terrible very very expensive Sleep Number bed that I ditched for this. Bed leaked and service is non-existant.)

I’m updating my review after setting up the mattress. There was no damage to the mattress and support was responsive to my inquiries. Inside the box, the mattress was wrapped in 2 vacuum-sealed layers of plastic film, protecting it, I still believe another method of stabilizing the mattress within the box should be found by the manufacturer, but all is well that ends well, in this case. Updating from 1 star to 4.
Original Review:
Have not opened the mattress yet, but it arrived in a box that was in bad shape. It also arrived before the base, meaning I can’t even use it yet. Will update my review if the mattress turns out to be ok (and after I hear from their support), but my current experience is not off to a good start.

I wish I would've looked at Google reviews before ordering, instead of just the "unfiltered reviews" on their website! I can't even find a place to leave a review on the site (RED FLAG) so I'm posting here.
I ordered the all foam GravityLux SOFT for 2 reasons: I need a soft mattresses and I hate all inner spring mattresses and will never buy one. I've been sleeping on memory foam mattresses for 20 years and won't go back to springs. Anyway, we received the mattress on 10/25/25, we've been "sleeping" on it for just over a week and I can't take it anymore, because we're not sleeping, just suffering. This bed is NOT SOFT, it's the hardest mattress I've ever slept on. It's like sleeping on 2 inches of foam on top of concrete! This bed is literally crippling me and my husband! We wake up constantly, tossing and turning, and in the morning we're in so much pain we can barely function. The pain is triggering migraines for me. My husband has started sleeping on the couch... It's just so awful! I can't sleep on this rock even one more night, let alone for another 3 weeks to reach the return window! Also, the whole "foam needs time to break in and adjust to you" is absolute BS. I've had 2 different foam mattresses over the last 20 years and they were both soft and comfortable immediately on night 1!!! Not to mention both of those mattresses were only "medium" and were way softer than this Gravity Lux! I wouldn't want this mattress even if it cost $5.00.
I should've just ordered a $400 Lucid or Ashley, at least then I could justify investing in an expensive topper if needed..... Don't order one of these unless you love a super firm concrete mattress, and gosh, if this is what the "soft" feels like, I can't even imagine what the "firm" must be like... As soon as this 30 day window is over, it's going back! Ugh, they should owe me for pain and suffering 😭!

We purchased our Luxury Firm WinkBed just over 4 years ago and it’s held up great! I think it’s a bit softer now compared to when it was new but it’s still supportive. We are side & back sleepers. There are no signs of major wear & we have turned it as directed. I used to wake up every morning with back pain due to the type of mattress we had. Since purchasing the Wink, those issues are gone. As far as customer service, it’s top tier. Their response time to an email was both prompt AND helpful - which is rare these days. In looking at their site recently I noticed their beds are American made with American sourced materials, I didn’t realize this when I first purchased. It doesn’t get much better than that! I’d recommend this bed any day!
