Excellent service and beautiful work! We bought a table from Woodcraft about 10 years ago that we love. When we decided to get the top refinished we contacted them and it was very quick to arrange to have them work on it. They were even able to do pickup & delivery service which made the whole process very easy. They were very responsive when I contact them and communicated promptly with updates. With a quick turn-around, we got the table back and it literally looks brand new. They also answered all my questions about keeping it looking that way. Highly recommend Woodcraft!
View on GoogleWhile browsing your fine furnishings it appears I have misplaced my shoe. The item in question being an Air Jordan I Mid GS SE “Fearless” of the right foot. I am fearful it was discarded as staff may have noticed it as an imitation. You see, I do process a pair of verified authenticity. However, damage of any nature to my footwear would be a travesty. In an effort of preservation, I don replicas to protect that which I love. If my trottor was located after my departure, please post me an email to the account of this review. For your trouble I shall leave one of 5 stars. For upon my perusal of your works of wood, my jaw was agape. I shall return for the dining set I wish to soon possess. Ideally leaving with a shoe upon each foot. Thank you, Trevor
View on GoogleWe had a great experience purchasing our new furniture from here - from picking the items out in store, to email communication, and then to final delivery. The furniture here is SOLID. We're impressed with the overall quality. The team was easy to work with and knowledgeable about the items and were proactive in their communication regarding delivery. Would highly recommend!
View on GoogleMany things were just done right. First, while in the store, there was no pressure. I was in there for about 2 hrs. The sales lady, Vickie, would check on me for questions and help if I had something I needed, but did not pressure me to buy anything. That matters! Being there when needed, and knowing when to be there is a very good sales person. She truly listened, gave me ideas and left me alone to think. After two hours of measuring, thinking, and measuring again (she provided the measuring tape), I came to the conclusion that her idea was better than mine. This meant, I bought much more than what I was going to. Again, ....good sales person. Then they had to hold my furniture until I was home to deliver and it was delivered promptly and carefully. The fact that one can customize the furniture and have a really good team all the way around really says a lot about the store. I truly believe anyone shopping for furniture should stop here, the prices were usually not more, and you can customize. Thank you for making my home much better. Patty
View on GoogleI’ve now bought two full bedroom sets from woodcraft and the quality is unmatched! I looked at soooo many places for furniture for the first bedroom set and everything was made poorly. Then I got to woodcraft and I knew this would be forever pieces. When I went to get a new bedroom set there was no looking I went straight to woodcraft. I know she will have this bedroom set for a long long time.
