I'm reiterating my review, when I wrote this I hadn't received my pillows yet. Listen to me, if you buy the bed and frame, you have to get the pillows. Using ordinary pillows won't due. The first 2 nights without then, horrible. And I'm an insomniac. So, now that I have the full experience, I slept so good the 4th night. I'm not in pain, I got the cooling one. Get the pillows. Customer service is top notch there. Really great people
View on GoogleWe were greeting warmly by Bradford upon entering the West Chester location. He took the time to explain about the different mattresses and then gave us some space to try them out. He was personable, engaging and knowledgeable and we enjoyed the whole buying experience start to finish.
View on GoogleWe had a great experience purchasing our new mattress, thanks to Brad! He was knowledgeable, patient, and never made us feel pressured. He took the time to understand what we were looking for, answered all of our questions, and helped us find the perfect mattress for our needs. His professionalism and friendly attitude made the entire process easy and enjoyable. We really appreciated his excellent customer service and would highly recommend asking for Brad if you’re shopping for a new mattress!
View on GoogleWe first went to look 4 months ago with no research and met Brad. He spent over an hour educating us and we thought we knew what we wanted but then questions our priorities. Fast forward 4 months and we had time to read reviews and use A1. Returned and Brad was there. We had narrowed it down to 2 brands. He showed us the ket points of each and then left us alone which was great. He would check by occasionally and quickly answered any questions but definitely did not hover. When we got down to one brand he went over the different levels in an unbiased way. Gave us time to talk and closed the deal. I have managed sales at only levels and Brad was top shelf. We should get the bed in 2 days. I should mention this stores carry all price points and will focus on best value for your budget.
View on GoogleWent in thinking we would lay on a few mattresses, get a quote then check out a few other places for quotes. Bradford, the manager, spent lots of time with us, encouraging us to lay on different mattresses, asking us our sleeping habits and then suggesting options without being high pressure. He was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. We felt like he was trustworthy and ended up buying a tempur-proadapt with adjustable frame and other accessories. Especially nice to have free shipping and setup and old mattress removal.
