Wood's Household Appliance, Inc.

*** Update: I have been blown away by the service we have received after being contacted by Woods. I received a call first thing in the morning and when they had to order parts for our washer, they gave us a loaner right away. The communication has been great and they have gone above and beyond to make things right. They have definitely restored my confidence. We purchased a very expensive washer and dryer only a year and a half ago and now the washer will not drain so there is water inside the drum going bad, ruining the washer, and smelling up my home because they don’t have anyone who can come fix it for a week and a half. Very frustrated and disappointed! What a waste of money. So much for buying small and local.

Had been looking for new flooring, so glad other company didn't return my calls and I stopped at Woods. From Terry who answered question and did the measuring to B Floored who did the installation. Great prices, great service. Very satisfied and love my floors!

Just had a great experience getting carpet installed by Woods! They were patient and helpful while I picked from multiple samples. Scheduling and communication was great. Carpet is beautiful, high-quality and installation was uneventful. Thank you so much!

Great local store that offers appliances, furniture, and flooring and above all awesome customer service. They were super patient with me and helped me with a difficult situation I encountered with my flooring and solved the issue. Thanks again to John and Logan for going out of their way to help me!

Staff was pleasant and helpful. They have a very nice selection of all home furnishings.
