Good prices and friendly people. On time service with delivery tracking services. Delivery people were efficient and quick. One of the guys were not very friendly and I didn’t feel like a customer but a job. I tipped the driver but only because they were on time and delivered the set carefully. He left the boxes outside in my driveway and never said a word, not pleased about that.

The staff does their best to help and support your needs. However.....I've given this location a dozen opportunities. All of their products are overpriced and under delivered. My most recent and last transaction here will be the only one I share.
Paid for good quality radio and two 5" door speakers. Including installation without connecting the steering controlls (another $500) I spent nearly $1500.
After installation they did not return my old speakers or radio, did not reinstall my piller bolts so my pillar has been hanging from the microphone they installed. Did not put my dash back together...partly because they broke half of the clips then some spots just pure laziness.
In the end, at this time of posting... Just go somewhere else for product's. When you need service. It's 3x cheaper and faster to do it yourself or even go somewhere else to have your product's installed.

Logan Bubar (at the Mt. Pleasant store) is the best! He is very knowledgeable about of the products he sells. We are in the middle of buying several different appliances and furniture. Logan is very patient and has helped us get just the right items. When we had to exchange furniture that we bought and realized it was too big for that room, he helped return and get what would fit. Logan said oh! No problems all!! He made me feel so much better about my mistake.

I bought a washer from them, and they brought it in and hooked it up, but it only makes a loud clicking sound, no water fills the tub, and it spins, even though it's dry. They came around 8, and I couldn't call for help, because they don't open until 10 am. Turns out it's supposed to start like that because of the sensor. They did a fine job after all. I still would have liked to be able to call for assistance, but google saved the day.

I have previously had great experiences with ABC Warehouse, which is why I returned for a fifth time.
This year, we purchased a washer and dryer during the week of Thanksgiving. Our original set had completely failed, and we made our final selection on Black Friday, November 28th. The staff was helpful and price-matched Home Depot. My husband originally preferred Home Depot due to their orginal lower price, but I insisted on ABC Warehouse. I believed that because it was a smaller company, they would be more likely to make things right if anything went wrong (turns out, I was incorrect).
Our delivery was scheduled for Tuesday, December 2nd. This was excellent news, as Home Depot could not deliver until December 7th. After leaving the store on Black Friday, I called back to confirm that even though the set was a special order, it would still arrive by Tuesday. A different sales representative confirmed that it would.
Unfortunately, this is when the experience began to decline. On Monday, December 1st, we received a call stating the set would not be delivered on Tuesday because it was a special order. The sales representative promised to "move heaven and earth" to get it to us early and said he would call me on Thursday once the tracking information was available and he could speak to the LG representative.
I never received that call on Thursday. Instead, I had to call for an update myself, only to be told it would likely be six to eight weeks before my new set arrived. After I made multiple follow-up calls, the set was finally delivered on December 19th. While it was not installed correctly at first, the team did return quickly to fix it.
Ultimately, if I could go back, I would have chosen Home Depot. Choosing ABC Warehouse cost me an additional $300 in laundromat fees, gas, and time off work to resolve these issues. To be told at the end to "just think about the great deal you got" was disappointing, as I was out more money, time, and stress than I ever anticipated.
