Wood's Mercantile

Went to their new store in Cleveland and Wendy was just awesome in helping me with my purchase. And those delivery boys? Wow they know how to get it done. So kind, friendly and considerate. I definitely would recommend this store for your future needs for furniture. They are located not only in Cleveland, but in Clarksville And big hats off to the owner because you really know how to hire quality and not quantity people

From the moment I walked in I could feel that small town ethos. Excellent customer service with great prices. I was most excited by how many things I saw in their showroom made in the USA. Great job Woods furniture in Clarksville.

We’ve had a wonderful experience with Wood’s and their staff, especially our associate, Katherine! Katherine made our selection process fun and easy. She gave us our time and space, but was there to answer questions, provide details, and make excellent suggestions! She really listened to what we were going for and has been a tremendous help. She never got frustrated with us when we changed course or while we were picking fabrics for a custom order. Great communication and team effort from everyone we encountered! We highly recommend Katherine and Wood’s Mercantile!

Lucy was very helpful as we made decisions about a room change. She provided information, suggestions, patience and time showing us options as we were considering what to do. We are very happy with the choices we made and Lucy helped all that happen. Next time we need furniture, we will visit Lucy at Wood's for help.

I'm building my home in Clarksville and had been looking for a pair of sofas. I had some picked out in Athens but I prefer shopping local. Much to my delight I walked in "just to look" and met salesperson Lucy! She is a perfect salesperson. She knows the answer to all questions and after a short description of what I was trying to achieve, the feeling I wanted coming in my new home... She was able to understand my vague description which really was a feeling more than how the sofas would look. She was able to show me the ones I purchased. She came to the build to help me be sure of the placement and size. She professional but not stuffy .. she is knowledgeable and most importantly she's open and fun. To me it was a perfect shopping experience because of Lucy. Woods is a great store, they have a huge selection of all styles of furniture to choose from. High quality long lasting furniture for people who want the best quality that you can afford. Still to me the best thing they have is Lucy . Shopping can be stressful when purchasing items like sofas or bedroom sets... but Lucy can make it an enjoyable experience that I really needed and loved. I hope the owners of Woods know what a jewel they have in this young woman. So go to Woods, ask for Lucy and enjoy the experience she and Woods can provide. You won't be sorry. Donna
