My husband and I recently purchased a washer and dryer from Discount Appliance & Mattress in Toccoa, and we had such a great experience! They’ve just relocated next to Owens Gym on Big A Road, and the new spot is easy to find. The service was excellent from start to finish. The prices were very reasonable—definitely better than what we saw at the big department stores. Both the salesman and the owner made us feel right at home, which really stood out. One thing I really appreciated was that if they didn’t have exactly what we were looking for, the owner was more than willing to order it for future requests. That kind of customer care goes a long way! Delivery was also faster than expected and handled with professionalism. Overall, a 5-star experience across the board. We’ll definitely be back and highly recommend them to anyone in the area!

They have a wide price range selection, and Kelly is extremely product knowledgeable, explaining the features of the different choices available. They also have stock in-house which means you don’t have to wait weeks for delivery. Mark and Kelly are the most helpful folks you’ll meet. Five star ***** business in every way!
