The company is unfortunately going out of business, but you would never be able to tell with the customer service that I received while I was there. Derrick was extremely patient, informative and helpful in my experience and purchase. He was able to answer every question, provide honest feedback and guide me to get the best deal for my purchase. I went in looking for one bed and left purchasing two lol. Thanks again for everything Derrick.. I truly hope that you are hired at one of the other locations because you are the MAN my brother and great at what you do.

We purchased this mattress a few days ago. VERY DISAPPOINTED in the cleanliness and quality of it. The sales representative was extremely helpful and friendly though. We purchased a nectar still covered in plastic that was on sale and were informed that the mattress had been returned during a 90 day trial period and was used with a mattress cover purchased from the store the entire time in order for it to be returned. We were told they undergo professional cleaning and would be like new. Well….. when I unzipped the mattress cover at home there were YELLOW AND RED stains in the ACTUAL FOAM of the mattress so not anything I can clean, some kind of plastic trash was stuck under the cover by the foam also!!!! I am so mad and grossed out. We were told we wouldn’t be able to return the mattress when purchasing but we’re ensured it was good quality. Do NOT waste your money on a on sale mattress here, only trust if you get one new and can return it in 90 days…. 😢😢

Derrick did a great job informing me on the different mattresses. He was very professional and made my purchase very easy and he even helped me load the mattress in my truck when I picked it up! Great service, I will be back to purchase another mattress.

With a lot of home goods retailers shutting up shop, it was an unexpected surprise to come across WMO. Staff members were truly helpful assisting us with selecting appropriate products for a good night's rest. We were able to try demo products, at the store, before purchasing. After a week of usage we are pleased with our selections. It is a small establishment with limited parking.

Derrick was phenomenal! He answered our many questions and assisted us with finding the perfect mattress! Definitely go to him for all your furniture needs!
