Sales staff was very friendly and not over bearing. Greatly appreciated that fact! And the delivery guys were great! My only reservation is how much the price swings. I watched the pieces I ordered for quite a while. And there were definitely highs & lows. So glad I took my time. The quality of my furniture is excellent and LOVE how they look in my home!!!

We purchased both hardwood and LVP from Wright Flooring. We were are very pleased with every aspect of this experience. We received excellent service from Chris and everyone else in the showroom. The product quality is great. Our installer, Waylan, did an outstanding job.

I had a great experience with Miranda with the design choices. Joe and Isaac were wonderful with the delivery and were very patient while I put pads on every piece. I will NEVER work with Laura again. She promised me four different delivery dates, made no contact with me ( I initiated each contact until I personally spoke with Brian at the store). When she finally did make contact, she was condescending and rude. Time and again when I reached out to her, she led me to believe she had actually contacted the manufacturer. I don’t believe she did due to the various delivery dates she gave me. I paid my initial $199 design fee on August 12th, placed my order on September 9th, and finally got a partial delivery today. I realize that my fabric was on back order, but Laura said she called the day I ordered and it had been reordered, and the company expected it soon and shouldn’t affect my order. If I had known it was going to be this delayed, I might have made different choices. If I continue to use Wrights, or recommend Wrights, as I have done many times, I will be sure that I (and my friends) do not work with Laura, only Miranda.

I made my purchase at Howard's Furniture in Bowling Green but Wrights Furniture delivered my couch for me. The team was very kind, efficient and very quick. In, set up, signed papers and out. Very kind couple of guys.
