Zaengles Floor and Home did a wonderful job flooring up my house. They took their time paying attention to every detail and measurement and it paid off. The team was a pleasure to work with and did a quality job.

My boyfriend and I fell in love with this specific couch as soon as I saw it. We went home and measured and by the time we came back they had provided us with so many options to help this couch fit in our small living space. I wanted to take it home the same day SO badly and since we live so close they made it happen for us!! Even just an hour before they closed! We will always support this business as the customer service and quality of product is so wonderful. Thank you for making us stylish and comfy, Zaengles!

We were pleasantly surprised by the selection of furniture available for purchase now. I expected a smaller store in Susanville. I found Mark to be a warm and friendly person that was enjoyable to pass a moment with while I waited to play my role at the counter (husbands, you know what’s up). Our salesperson, Wendy, was an excellent resource to guide our purchases without pressure. Wendy was knowledgeable and courteous and provided us with excellent customer service. The overall experience shopping at Zaengles was great in that you are treated well and genuinely asked how they can assist you, versus feeling like someone is lurking to pounce on you to see what they can do sell you something today. Small town hospitality with a large variety of on-hand furniture makes for an enjoyable shopping experience.

I feel like a celebrity when I walk into Zaengles. They support local events and non profits, they sell great furniture, put in 2 floors in 2 of my houses! Let's goooooo

I have always had nothing but positive experiences with the service and staff at Zaengles. During my last purchase there, I was kindly greeted and assisted by Wendy, who was wonderful, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. She definitely validated my decision to shop locally yet again.
