I had a great experience at BoxDrop Susanville. The prices were excellent, and there were plenty of options to choose from, which made it easy to find exactly what I needed. The service from Zachariah was top-notch—he was helpful, knowledgeable, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Zechariah knows his mattresses and he and Tiffany were very helpful! The dogs even snuck up on there and enjoyed it! Recommend BoxDrop Susanville 100% and will go to them of we need any mattresses or furniture in the future!

I ordered a new couch, and because of my tight stairwell, it seemed impossible to get to my second-story apartment. Instead of leaving it in the hallway, they took the time and effort to hoist it up through my balcony! They were professional, careful, and ensured the couch was perfectly placed without a scratch. It is rare to find this level of care and personalized service these days. Thank you so much for the exceptional effort!
