ABC Warehouse

My husband and I went to ABC Warehouse in Saginaw, MI to get new appliances for our home because we knew their reputation was good. We were not disappointed. We were able to get 4 high quality appliances for the kitchen for less than $2800.00. That was delivered and with the old appliances hauled away for us! We are so happy!

What started out as a stressful morning with our old dryer going out was made so much better with the help of our salesman, Larson. We showed him the model we had been looking at online, and while they were out of that one, he was able to honor the price for us and we wound up with a much nicer dryer at a great discount. He was kind and courteous, and was able to get us set up with exactly what we needed quickly and affordably. He definitely turned our day around, and I can't wait to try our new dryer next weekend.

I suffered from a bad blood infection in my legs all Winter of 2023-24. I could not get comfortable in my current recliner, so I searched all over the area. Went to ABC warehouse and found this red leather recliner, fell in love with it. So I purchased in Feb. 2024. On April 8th, I was in the recliner and had to leave for work. As I hit the power switch and the footrest was going down, there was clunking sound. The foot rest stopped going down on the right side. I had to go to work, I thought "I will check my warranty later." I called the store, was told by the sales associate my warranty would cover it, but I had to make a claim on an phone app. I just received word that it was denied, I didn't report it as it was a steady " problem" I AM FURIOUS! I spent almost $900.00 on this chair, and this is not covered???? I am on disability and cannot afford to get another one! This absolutely the last time I EVER shop at this damn store!

I would say there is not a better place to shop than at ABC Warehouse. The entire experience was nearly flawless and the small bump we experienced was taken care of without hesitation. The manager's name is Andrew and he will take better care of you than anyone else in the area. Take my advice and and go see Andrew and his team of professionals and you can thank me later.

Gina is so awesome!!!! She was personable and friendly. She is very knowledgeable about the products she sales. The prices were great plus lots of selection . Also the delivery crew were so friendly. I am so satisfied and I will be returning and telling my family and friends about this store. Thank you for a great shopping experience.
