Tony was an absolute stud, I was on the wall and really wasnt sure what I wanted but Tony was patient and understanding with me my wife and my 2 year. Did a great job showing me around the store, and sold us on our brand new Sectional Black leather sofa. Explained thoroughly what the warranty offered and covered, was overall the best experience ive ever had in American frieght. Great job 5 🌟stars we will definitely be back for our coffee table and mattress.

If I could give 0 starship I would! I went to buy a bed set and asked the CSR if it could be delivered the next day & he had said yes. I explained I work at a hospital 4am-7pm & would have to pay someone to wait for the delivery. The CSR stated someone would call me that night to confirm a time. No one called. I called them at 10am when they opened. A CSR stated they couldn't find my receipt & a manger would call me when they got in. An hour later they called & said they would be out between 2-5. At 4:30 I called & asked if they were still coming they said they didnt know bc the bed was still at the Warehouse! I explained the hours I worked & the fact that I paid someone to wait for the delivery that wasn't coming. I asked if they could come after 7 the delivery company told me no. I left work early n went to get the bedset myself. The lady I spoke to had brought up a delivery fee that was never told to me. The only extra fee they said was if I wanted them to set it up it would be $150 extra. So if u do come to this place there is a $110 delivery fee that they dont bring up. When I went to pick up my bedset the I told the CSR very nicely that he lied to get the sale and that is unethical. He said he had told me all these fees but he did not. Im not going to sit here & argue with this man even tho that seems to be what he wanted. Im not crazy & I'm not a liar. In business u should be up front & honest its a shame that this company has to be dirty to get business. I was going to just refund it but then he very smartly said it takes 5-7 business days for the money to go back. Save urself a hassle & go some place else that will be honest & up front about prices & delivery. They also are very pushy about scaning the bar code & putting a review in.

I paid cash for my furniture the day I was there ! They don't order your furniture right away...they wait for lot more orders! I ordered in Feb and was told it was in-stock so I ordered an extra piece...they still haven't delivered my order yet! They are now telling me after Easter!!! Smdh..this company sucks and I will never recommend anyone buying from here! They'll keep lying to you about your delivery date! DO NOT BUY FURNITURE FROM ANY OF THEIR LOCATIONS!!!
